2. This website is operated by M2D FZC LLC, a free zone company incorporated in Sharjah Publishing City, Sharjah, UAE (Trade Licence No. 4426324.01). We import and distribute caffeinated soft drinks into the UAE. For enquiries: info@mate2dubai.com

4. By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
5. Who Can Purchase
6. Our products are intended for adults given the elevated caffeine content. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. 
7. Products & Information
8. We make every effort to display product information, ingredients, and nutritional values accurately. However, formulations and packaging may change. Always refer to the physical label for current information. If you have a health condition or are sensitive to caffeine, consult a healthcare professional before consuming. Please note nutritional values in the product may derive from package indication.

9. Pricing & Orders

   • All prices are in AED and include VAT (5%).
   • Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. The confirmed price is the one shown at checkout.
   • An order is placed when you complete checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued promptly.

​We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely via Odoo & Shopify. We do not store card details.

​7. Delivery

• • We deliver within the UAE only, with prices varying subject to the delivery address and emirate.
  • Estimated delivery: 2 business days within Dubai; 3-4 business days for other emirates. 
  • Delivery charges: 20 AED. Free delivery on orders above AED 200.
  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.
  • Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

​8. Returns & Refunds

​Under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), you have the right to return Products if they are defective or ​not as described.

• • Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@mate2dubai.com
  • We will arrange collection and issue a full refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
  • We cannot accept returns of Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored incorrectly.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for food and beverage products.

​9. Product Suitability & Caffeine Advisory

​Our products have a high caffeine content (20 mg/100 ml). We recommend:

• • Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.
  • Do not exceed 3 servings per day.
  • Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 48 hours.

​The Company accepts no liability for adverse effects arising from failure to follow label guidance or over-consumption.

​12. Limitation of Liability

​To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Company's liability to any consumer is limited to the value of the Products ​ ​purchased in the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

​These terms are governed by UAE law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

​We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date above. ​ ​Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
